Peter Pan Crunchy.

Those are usually hydrogenated and some have sugar in them.

I like natural or organic, even if the oil settles on top and has to be stirred. Much better for you. And....

I LOVE peanut butter. ( Especially Fluffernutter sandwiches. One of my favorite poisons is marshmellows. These must be added to the underrate foods thread.)

I dig the Skippy Natural. I also make my own occasionally in the Vitamix.

If you use natural PB, you need this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000A3...&robot_redir=1

Either Extra Crunchy JIF or Crunchy Peter Pan.

One of the best sandwiches I've made was a fried PB sandwich with homemade bread (make it like a grilled cheese, but with PB in place of the cheese).

Oh... Smooth. Only smooth.

Peanut butter and honey sandwiches are one of my favorite snacks.

Never jelly.

Beware, when peanut better melts and gets piping hot, it is without a doubt the culinary equivalent of napalm.
