Need Guitar and Bass Players

Need Blues players. Guitar and Bass to play at the nudie bar in Eldon, MO.

The guy wants blues bands, and only a trio will fit. (Small stage and room)

I need guys that know enough of the old standards to shake hands and come out playin for a 4-hour gig.

I am only good for singing 5 or 6 songs a night, so one of you will have to be able to carry a night singing.

I have rehearsal space in Osage Beach for a few quick run-throughs and songlist compilation.

Have I mentioned Blues Standards?

Serious inquiries PM.

Will have some openings in July.

Sorry, I should have asked how far it was from Joplin.

There is just something magical about being completely naked and singing the blues.

Yeah, I forgot to mention comfortable in your own skin.

I'm a pretty decent player, and I play mostly blues. I teach guitar for a living. The problem would be: I probably don't know all the standards. I can sing though, and would absolutely LOVE to play with you guys.

Most of the "standards" are 1,4,5 progressions anyway, so I could probably learn fifty of them in a weeks time. I'd just need a recording of any of the tunes.

Can you bring Angel with you?

I'd pay her just to hang out at my gigs with me, just to make other chics want me.

I'm not sure she'd be all that comfortable at the nudie bar, but I'll surely ask. Anyway, if you really need a player (not trying to brag) I'd probably be your best choice on this board. Just send me a CD with the songs you like to play on them, and I learn them all. We can trade off solos, take turns singing. I can sing harmonies to anything. I improvise very well. I can also immitate just about any singing style...

I play there with Kirk when they're not playing somewhere else, depending on their schedule.

I also play there with some members of the Chump Change band. I gave those guys five of the best years of my life.

I'm just looking for blues trio players to fill the open spots.
