I'd take that bet. If the fanbase is unhappy with the team and seats are empty, I think Clark would do whatever he has to do to lift the spirits to sell tickets.

I also think Pioli is going to get an extension here sometime in the next 8 months regardless.

Clark literally thinks Pioli is one of the Beatles. He loves him.

Because if you look and see what he did with guys like Bowe, DJ, and Charles it shows he's a good coach. Heck he was able to get Cassel to the Pro Bowl. Obviously he's not useless.

Stanzi didn't even play in the last preseasong game. If he had am sure we would have had some form of compitition for Cassel, but they neglected that aspect during the preseason and only wanted Cassel to succeed regardless of how much suck he produced on the field. Total fail from Pioli & the rest of his staff. Am not thrilled either with Romeo not playing Stanzi in the last game of the season. Pioli ****s us all with Cassel.

There was nothing gained by trotting out Orton for the final game instead of Stanzi.
