****ing stupid. My brother in law said "Who watches people lift weights?" I said spotters and flipped the channel.

Meh, I watched a couple one year out of sheer boredom. What I thought was cool was it seemed like the top 3-4 for each group would absolutely dominate the entire field of finalists. The finalists were all Ryan Reynolds level ripped but looked like children competing against the favorites. It was a cool but somewhat sad reminder about how much genetics and athletic ability determine virtually every competition.

It's actually really cool. I watched all of the women's competition, mostly because Rich Froning destroyed everyone in the men's competition, but also because they are crazy hawt. There is way more to it than watching people work out.

Tried to watch this today. I miss football. Even shitty football.
