Starting lineups are out. Both teams are using the same lineup as Monday.

Without looking anything up, and based solely on my marginally-reliable memory, I think game 2's tend to be wildly different from our opening days. Even if we win or lose both, the games are not the same at all.

I'll optimistically predict that Santana looks good, goes 6+ innings with either 0 or 1 run, and our lineup opens up several cans of whoop-ass, knocking their starter out early.

Final score: 11-1

Hosmer has been talking to matt Stairs...Stairs who was noted as being one of the best low ball hitters in the game because he was so hungover he is unable to left his head straight. I guess they were doing shots of tequilla and put a drop of pat tabler blood in there for good luck.

Yeah I am not worried about the offense. Between the weather, Sale, and shadows, Monday was not a good day to be hitting. With the earlier start time the shadows won't be an issue and the wind won't be as strong today. The preseason offense was much too consistent and strong for me to worry about them based on one game.
