It is like other man's wife. You don't like to look at it but you just have to do it.

Right now, after 7 games, the top two qbs in rating are Peyton and Philip. Alex is #17.

If Alex is number 17 you know that the system is massively flawed

I still prefer the old system. Alex is #22 there.

Avg them out as he is about 19-20 which is about where a lot of posters here expected him to be.

I don't know anyone who thought that Alex would be top 10. He's had two really poor games in a row, going to be interesting to see how he preforms against the Browns and at the Bill.

I didn't think his last game was a bad game. QB rating wise it wasn't good that rating is based a lot on TDs passes. Alex completed 67% of his passes and didn't throw an INT and he had a rushing TD with a QBR of 72 there'bouts. And we won.

Yeah, him winning clearly doesn't have anything to do with being fortunate enough to play with elite defenses. Clearly it's all Alex Smith.
