but it is true!

One of the many guys I've been wrong about in the draft over the years.

I got this one right but have plenty of misses on my ledger.

Let's see:

Jason Campbell: Didn't do well in limited playing time with Bears, looked much better in OAK
Stanford Routt: Released by KC
Kevin Boss: Released by KC?
Kyle Boller: Retired
JaMarcus Russell: Fail
Rolondo McClain: No one offering anything for him
DHB: Now on Colts, too early to make a judgement
Nhamdi Asomugh(?) - didn't do much with Eagles, signed to SF at 1m/1yr
Carson Palmer: Didn't do much after injury with Bengals, Didn't do much in Oakland
Michael Bush: Wasn't bad in Oak
Mike Goodson: Wasn't bad in Oak
Schilens: With Jets(?)
Demarcus Van Dyke: What has he done yet?

I can think in recent history of Charles Woodson, who went on to be a productive member on another team.

Do you think just maybe, some of these guys are just busts?

Well all of those guys played for the worst team in the nfl so it's not surprising they would be bittter. With the raiders picking them its not overly surprising they would be dumbasses.

Says the the fan rooting for the team drafting 1st overall that has not won a playoff game for 20 years or a Superbowl in over 40 or even faired well against the team he is talking smack about. Oh yeah baby this cripple fight is on!

Chiefs NEED him.

God I hope we pick him up.

He needs to get out of that shit hole. Oakland is just a bad place for young players. We can fix this shit head.

I think its a no brainer to bring him in. Fills a need without expending draftpick. McClain plays the 3-4 and its a cockpunch to the faders if he's exceeds expectations.

Get real he is nothing more than a brainless thug. 6 1/2 sacks 1 interception 1 forced fumble and an allpro rap sheet...you can have him~

unlurking 04-06-2013 10:45 AM

If we bring him in, his 4 million only kicks in for gameday paychecks, right? No bonuses or anything?

What would be the harm in claiming him, and bring him in for regular off-season activities? Could always cut him in TC and we're not out much.

ShowtimeSBMVP 04-06-2013 10:48 AM

If the Chiefs claim him what 2 players are you cutting ? Chiefs only have 4.1m in cap space. Need 4m to draft.
