A little of both. However, considering the clock/game management issues the Chiefs have had the past 2 games, I'm wondering if Dick Curl was brought here with the idea being he'd assist with in-game clock management... what the hell is he or isn't he doing.

He's Herm's assistant.

Supposedly he helps with clock management, but I don't think anybody has ever actually confirmed that.

I don't know about "down and distance" or clock management, but I think we might have a drug problem on the team. Welbourne is a perfect example. We should add someone who's in charge of the team's anti-doping activities.
