I honestly don't know if that's quite as fair in college football because there is no free agency... it takes 4 years to have a team full of guys that the coach wants in the program. I guess that's up for discussion though.

If Willingham wasn't such a street thug, he would probablly still be coaching there.

Lamar has adopted this philosophy...well...financially anyway.
