What's gross about showering immediately before bed?

If anything, I'd say you're gross for not showering before bed. If you don't, you're basically rolling around in your filth all night.

I use to only do it before work but then I got into the habit of doing it before going to bed because I'd run and/or workout before going to bed. Now have to before bed or I feel gross even if I didn't work out.

Definately before bed, sometimes in the AM. Easily more disgusting to not take one before bed IMO.

One a day, at the start of the day, gotta have it... i feel like total crap all day if i cant start it with a shower.

Sometimes if i'm sick or really hungover, i'll take two, sometimes even three a day.

How did this make this pages? WTF?

I get much better sleep when hitting clean sheets after a hot shower. On the days I workout, there is no way I could sleep without a shower. Laying in bed wearing the day's filth just doesn't sound appealing to me.

Because everybody on this board felt the need to lie about how often they shower to feel better about how bad their hygiene really is.
