McCarthy getting this team to the SB with close to 20 players on IR is remarkable, IMO.

Shouldn't be higher than 5%. McCarthy should win. Other coaches who should get more votes than Haley - Belichick, Tomlin and Ryan. Hell even Carroll won a wildcard game against the defending champs and put up a better fight in game 2 than KC did.
