This is his second year and he has been misused, IMO. Both of those factors work against him. He is a 290 pound monster with massive strength and really good mobility. That's EXACTLY what you look for in a DE for a 3-4 zone blitzing defense.

Re-sign Dorsey for a year and throw him in the middle in the Casey Hampton role and I think that 3 man DL could be pretty good.

He has shit mobility. He's frequently matched up one on one with linemen and shows zero pass rush ability.
