So, I'm the only female in my fantasy league. There's one guy in particular that drives me nuts. He's actually my soon to be ex-sister-in-law's stepdad. Before the draft at dad's house, he asks me if my dad is going to help me with my picks. Dude. Next, he offers me some ungodly ridiculous trade. I rejected it, of course (I'd tell you what it was, but I don't remember). Well, I get a notification that he wants to try another trade. He apologized for the lopsided trade he had offered before, and he prefaces the new one by saying that I seem to be entrenched with starting Favre. What's the new trade, you ask? He offered me Derek Anderson for Carson Palmer. Dude. :shake:

I really do hope, for his sake, that it's because he thinks I'M the one who's that dumb.

yeah, seems like he's trying to take advantage. give him a solid kick to the junk and he'll disavow himself of those notions. that, or kick his ass in the league. either of those will likely work.

He's in my division. He's in last place. I'm in first. :)

I'd reject the trade and respond with an equally ridiculous offer.

I need a WR, but he doesn't have anyone I'd want. He's been dropping/adding and trading players like crazy. I guess maybe he should have had me help him with his picks....lol.

I don't want to go too far with dissing him, though. Karma can be a bitch.

My GF's league with all coworkers they told her if she needed help that they'd help. After she owned in week 1 they were thinking 'ohh we better look out' 4th week and counting she is in 1st in the league by 78 points winning every week so far, and ranked 220th in espn overall and in the top 99.9%. She knows her shit and is learning, its great to have a gf that's into sports. The guys are getting pissed at her (not really mad) for doing awesome and are suprised. Ive helped her with maybe 2 players. Its a 50mill cap league where u pick your players
