That's a pretty fair compensation package for a ref from Manaus.

Meehh. .ref just needs some of that spray stuff and he should be fine.

Unfortunately, it would likely be 100th of that in Brasilia.

They probably would've let him go if he just Tebowed after the stabbing.

That ref should have listened to Queen & heed the words of Freddy Mercury.

Really good advice, don't lose your head.

See, American football just has no passion.

Off with Ed Hochuli's head!

Ok I see your point. Their women are , that's true. But in the case of the Olympics and the World Cup, when the hosting team loses, I shudder to think what will happen.

It wasn't that a team lost. It was that the ref stabbed a player. Also, I don't think the problem with Brazil hosting the world cup is their national team not performing, their national team is excellent. It's more about the economic strain, that hosting the wold cup brings to a nation like Brazil.

But still. The cost of providing world class stadiums and facilities for the world cup and Olympics could be spent on other things, which actually benefit the nation, such as education. That's was the protesters are saying anyway.

Probably the closest I've ever been to divorce was when my wife and I vacationed in Brazil. I got caught looking so often that my wife actually went out and bought a thong bikini to keep my eyes from wandering. It helped, but not completely.

There are not words for how crazy this was or how nobody stepped in. They have no security at soccer games?
