Nnamdi Asomugha Could Be Trade Bait For #1 Overall Pick

The Kansas City Chiefs who are in need of a cornerback may swap first round picks with the Philadelphia Eagles and acquire CB Nnamdi Asomugha. Asomugha wants out of Philadelphia and would like to play for his former coach Andy Reid.

Then all the 49er fans can come over and tell us how much we are going to love him and how we will be so happy that he helps us get to 8-8 next season!

Someone please assure me that we're not letting Albert walk to draft Joeckel. Please. I did not envision a scenario in which our prospects for the future got worse after this offseason, but the ultimate nightmare scenario seems to be playing out...

For a trade to be done, both sides have to agree to the trade parameters.

PHI gets: 1 overall

At this point, he's not worth a 5th round pick. He's slowed with age and can't tackle.
