Kansas City Chiefs: Sources tell us the Chiefs have requested permission to interview New York Jets linebackers coach Bob Sutton for their defensive coordinator position.

Regardless of what one thinks of Sutton, the dude has made it through FOUR different Jets head coaches in a row!!!! lol Here is a article talking about him being there for quite a long time.

Was also the head coach of Army at one time where he was actually the Bobby Dodd National Coach of the Year after posting a 10-2 record.

He may be a good fit as on the defensive side of the ball we did retain Gibbs and Thomas already.

I know the Gibbs/Thomas retainer was reported however I have never seen anything official on it.
