To those bitching about a possible early return: A plea deal was offered by PM when we made the bet (plus CP needs burst). We shall start the deliberations today and once I have heard enough, a poll of CP will be started to determine Knowmo's fate. A guilty verdict and he will be forced to sit out until the year is fully up on bet and I own his username in the process (penalty for welching). Need a friendly mod to deliver the ban hammer. Not guilty and he will be reinstated immediately to homer up CP without any welching accusations or penalties whatsoever.

The rub is Knowmo MAY post in this thread, but any Bronco talk/homerism by him and it will be contempt of court rendering an automatic GUILTY verdict.

I've been alerted to a possible witness of positive contribution to the board. I have sent out a summons for......Hootie to appear as a character witness to the defense.

To me welching on a bet speaks to the character of a man. On top of that, Knowmo is a repeat offender which shows his blatant disregard for CP laws. IMO, early release should be denied and any further wasting of the courts valuable time hearing such groundless cases should result in a permaban.

I'm not sure that I would be the best prosecutor for this case. For starters, the influx of Alex Smith nut-swagglers to this board have given me a new appreciation for KnowMo.
Secondly, KnowMo tends to really piss off The Bad Guy which I find highly amusing.

Nope. I learned to ignore his posts but it was amazing to me how many people would still argue with him and derail threads. For that reason alone, I'm happy he's gone.

PGM has the details, but basically he made a bet that if the Broncos lost to the Ravens in the playoffs, he'd leave for a year. Knowmo claims he did it in haste and wanted less extreme terms, but he was getting ready for a party at the time and foolishly made the bet anyway just so he could get away and do his work.

I can show you all the rep comments and PMs he's sent to me since then, and well as two or three instances where he has outright come back and started posting again for a few hours until everybody said terrible things about his mother.
