I'm also planning to exercise more; at least 40 minutes three times a week....preferably more. :hmmm:

I don't really make resolutions but I am planning on increasing my bench press to 315 by middle of June.

I never make resolutions. This way, I can't break any...

I'm impressed, wow. I haven't tried 300 lbs + for over five years.....my shoulders begin to ache around 280....so good for you. :thumb:

That, and once on Saturday Night Live there was a skit about a power lifter who ripped his arms out of their sockets..... :p

That usually my attitude; but I figured I'd make this year different.... :shrug:

My resolution is to watch the Chiefs win a playoff game

You're gonna break that one.........that earliest playoff game the Chiefs can be in is in January 2006.

My resolution is to watch a Chiefs super bowl win with my grandfather...

Nah - he could go back to a black and white film....

I can never keep a resolution, so therefore there is no sense in making them. Why lie to myself? :p

Resolution-making is a sign of weakness. They're used for saying "I promise not to do this"...I'm not making any promises here. I may say that I'll try to care more and offend less, but I'm not making any promises... :p
