Probably the biggest basketball game in Columbia this year.

Need some of that "homecookin" that Arky got the other day.

I don't follow the basketball program too closely, but this is one game I really want them to win this season. A win over them in football would be better, but I'll be happy to be able to not have hear about all this SEC dominance crap from Gator fans(for a few days at least).

So I don't think UF will shut-out Mizzou, but it'll be as close to one as basketball allows... I'm not thinking Mizzou will lead during the game unless they somehow happen to score first....

MU have been doggin' Pressey pretty bad lately, but MU wouldn't have 15 wins if it weren't for him.

Mizzou will win unless Pressey is shaving points again.

I'll be there. let's hope they don't go 'mizzou' in their pants again.

Pressey's not consistent enough to shave points.

As near as I can tell, he just outright throws games.

Big game...should be fun. I expect the Tigers to play well and have a good shot at winning going down the stretch.

That Arkansas game was a fluke and everyone knows it. We needed a loss in conference play and we got one. Now it's smooth sailing.

I expect Mizzou to play much better than the last time. They shoot well at home and their court can be raucous. Florida is a better team, the best in the SEC by far, and should win - but I could see it being close. We need a good road win so hopefully it's not too stressful & Florida wins by 10. I think a lot will depend on 1) if Wilbekin's defense once again destroys Pressey and 2) if we get 10+ from each of our starters like normal.

And here I was starting to think I was the curse. Hell, I'm convinced that I jinx my daughter's volleyball team most of the time, much less any other team I root for.

Yeah, the zoo crew is pretty lame. I'm not sure any of them actually know what's going on, and really only seem to care when the walk-ons come in.

MU will be leading the game, but then after I tune in to watch the other team leads some epic comeback.

It will go down to the wire and Pressey will lose it.....again.

Florida is too long for us. We aren't getting any clean looks, and they get their arms in all the passing lanes. We can't beat any of them off the dribble, either. It's going to be really hard to score against them.

Thats not good, they're done if that keeps up. They give up too many opportunities, I thought that would improve this year, guess not.

Our perimeter defense is so unconscionably awful it defies any descriptive attempt.

They are just better than us at every position and every level. Coaching, talent, scheme, execution...everything.

We could play these guys 100 times and we'd never win.

I thought the main reason they gave up the 3 so much last year is because they were too small, I guess Haith just can't draw up a D.

In general, it's due to selfishness and sloppy/lazy offensive. In this game, it's because they are significantly ****ing better than us. They're longer, more athletic, and quicker. We can't get inside, so they have to settle for contested 3s
