This one hurts: Eagles believe Pro Bowl FB Leonard Weaver tore his ACL and will be sidelined for remainder of season.

His entire knee bent backwards....it was not pretty to watch.

I'd agree, but was expecting a Theisman-like break but instead it was just a slow, nasty, severe hyperextension

That was pretty nasty, as soon as you saw his leg hit the ground stiff on the replay you just knew what was going to happen next.

possibly, but it happened so fast that it really is unlikely that anyone would have in that situation even if it was in a backyard game and you were trying to tackle your best friend.
