Pathetic Ravens
1) Miami 1-13 (.539)
2) St. Louis Rams 3-11 (.513) 3) NY Jets 3-11 (.524) 4) Atlanta Falcons 3-11 (.536) 5) San Francisco 49ers 4-10 (.470) 6) Baltimore Ravens 4-10 (.507) 7) Kansas City Chiefs 4-10 (.509) 8) Oakland 4-9 (.515) 9) Cincinnati 5-9 (.460) 10) Chicago 5-8 (.569) :cuss: |
If that doesn't already count in the remaining opponents, it's meaningless.

If the Jets, Rams and Falcons win one of their last 2, we are drafting 3rd.
St. Louis - Pittsburgh, Arizona Atlanta- Arizona, Seattle (who could rest all their starters) Jets - Tennessee, KC (we must tank this game) Baltimore - Seattle, Pittsburgh 49ers - Bucs, Browns (who could rest their starters potentially) All in all, I see the Chiefs sitting with the 3rd pick in the draft. |

With the late games, Baltimore's SOS improved to .509. At this point, they're tied. They have no chance to beat Seattle or Pittsburgh, so we better hope that their SOS ultimately ends up stronger than KC's, because if it isn't they'll pick higher due to conference record. St. Louis winning in Arizona or beating Pittsburgh? No. Atlanta won't sniff a victory, even against backups. I would predict -- 1. Miami 2. Atlanta 3. St. Louis (depending on SOS, or they might be No. 2 ahead of Atlanta) 4. New England (f/ SF) 5. Baltimore 6. KC 7. New York Jets 8. Oakland Not bad. A great player can be had at that spot. |
My "other team" is the Ravens.

Arizona is very overrated, and with Boldin and Fitz hurting, they could easily win. I never thought in a million years that Miami would beat Baltimore, so anything can happen. You are also discounting that some teams will rest their starters the last week of the season. All in all, with 2 loses, I don't expect the Chiefs to be in the exact same position. |
