In 1998 Atlanta had the best DnB scene in all of America. I'll give 'the breaks' to Miami that yr. But we had a huge drum-n-bass scene here, then.

Anybody have any good trance tracks? I listen to Above and Beyond's podcast weekly, but like to hear some recommendations.

The best trance album ever is Hallucinigen's "Twisted." Ever.

Astral Projection's stuff is usually top notch as well, especially their mid-90's stuff.

But then I'm a big Goa Trance fan.

burning man seems to cater to dub-step. There are several strong DJ's spinning dubstep, these days.

I have one techno song on my iPod. This is it. The techno went out the door with the MDMA. I dropped a roll and ****ed one of the most beautiful women on the planet about 8 years ago listening to this song, so I'm probably a little biased, but it's a cool song. They've got an official vid for it, and it's kinda cool, but they chopped the song up. This is the full version, and I like this new video they just made too.

I guess I'm reeruned, considering about 65-70% of my music is instrumental. *reeruned grunt*--but, i'm used to the berating of the art form. It's nothing new to me, 79% of people think it's an odd genre and that i'm weird for liking it. So, I'm fairly used to the criticism. I can deal with it. I know i'm odd and i'm sort of glad I'm not common, I don't like anything 'common' - honestly. :)

I would believe that...I admit I absolutely HATE country music...I don't care who sings it...IT SUCKS. BUT like the Cowboys..it's "America's Music"...I've honestly never understood that to be honest.
