She has and laughs at me because I wont. I wont even let her near me when she does. Filipinas throw incredible food parties and bring dishes from different regions some of it is just incredible and some a little to down home for me. They always tease us about balut they love it.

The make a desert with a multi colored tapioca. When cooked its about the size of a small marble and the color of the rainbow. It looks scary but is delicious she is off to work now or id ask her what it is.

There's no way I would attempt to try balut. A Filipino coworker brought a few to work and some of the guys tried it. It was awful, they ate the whole beak and you hear the cracking lol.
