Are You Watching The Pro Bowl???
I was just flipping through channels and I landed on the Pro Bowl Pregame on NFLN.
I had forgot that damn thing is even on today. Are you going to watch it? It's on at 6PM CST on NBC. I may turn it on just to see how badly the lackluster tackling effort by the players is going to be. It will almost be like watching a Saints regular season defense! |
Somewhere, Greg Robinson will be watching the defense and taking notes.
|
Not a chance.
|
I got nuthin' else to do so, sure, I'll watch.
And each time I see a Chief and someone mentions 2-14, I'll take a drink or something. |
That's today, huh?
|
It's the best football game on TV today, so "yes".

I'm pretty sure I am familiar with HS, NCAA, Arena, CFL, and NFL schedules.
|
I'm having a themed Pro Bowl party. We're inviting some people over that we don't really care about because our A-list people all backed out, and we're half-heartedly putting out some flat soda to drink. Extroverts aren't allowed to talk, and introverts will be forced to talk, but only about the weather.

I like it. |

Make sure the food is cold. |
6pm but what channel? Did you say NBC? They're showing snowmobile racing on ESPN right now. Yikes.
|
I'd rather read blackbob posts than watch the pro bowl......
Yes, it's that bad. |

That way they would play harder with no one getting hurt. |
I'm watching. I don't think the players want it to end. I think they will play today.
**** Goodell |
Not only watching. It, but betting 6 mortgage payments on the under.

I wasn't gonna watch it but they just interviewed DJ and Berry on NFLN and I have changed my mind.
|
couldn't care less about the pro bowl.
I'd rather see an All Pro award ceremony. Where they do it live sort of like the draft I guess and the award should mean something too. No alternates either. |
well I'd put a lot of $$$ on the NFC...6 Chiefs players? The AFC isn't winning anything.
|
Anyone see the interview with DJ and Berry they just showed on NFLN? A couple of intersting things were said imo.
DJ said they have a good core of players but need to fill a lot of holes around them. (Basically he insinuated we were lacking talent imo) Berry really went on and on about everyone buying in. Almost to the point where he was saying there were guys who were slacking off and didn't care imo. I liked the leadership I saw out of these guys. Especially Berry... he's a natural born leader imo. |

after watching the crapfest senior toilet bowl yesterday, ya.
gawd those QB's were worthless yesterday. Dorsey needs to get Alex Smith on the fone. |
Why would I do a thing like watch the pro bowl.
|
I'm going to watch. Chiefs defense vs NFC's offense.

If I was a player I would not put forth any violent effort to play this game. For what? They have nothing to gain. |
I think all but two guys from the Pats begged off. Bastages.

Definitely looks like it now....

The irony, of course, being that the worst injury in pro bowl history happened in a flag football game. |

I'll be watching the game, and will provide a review of how Charles and the Chiefs D do with a real quarterback.
Unless, of course, Peyton Manning thinks this is a big game, in which case he'll play like Cassel. |
Hali lol. Then Berry with the finish

It doesn't seem like playing a football game in sand was a good idea from the get-go. I wonder whose idea that was. |

I drove by the stadium a little while ago on my way home from work, but didn't go because I worked until an hour after kick off. I am watching it on TV now.
It is pouring down rain where I live about 15 miles from the stadium, and it will probably be pouring down there soon, so I'm glad I couldn't go. |
Hell no, after last year I wrote it off, what a joke.
