Star Trek: Has anyone else ever seen this re-edit of Star Trek V into a tv episode?

Kind of cool actually...This guy took Star Trek V and cut it down to 63 minutes long, as well as changing a lot of the sound effects and musical cues to make it seem like an episode of TOS Star Trek...never thought I would sit and watch the whole thing through, but I did, and actually enjoyed it.

He also edited out some of the more "painful" parts...For example, there is no mention of Sybok being Spock's half-brother.

Heh. I remember somebody did something similiar with Phantom Menace - cut out most of the Jar Jar scenes and created something that was ALMOST coherent.

Can someone make a fan edit of The Lord of the Rings movies for me?

Cut out all the scenes of Hobbits walking and it's 2 hours long for sure.
