Would You Rather: Alex or Cassel plus two seconds?
 

Would you rather have:

Cassel starting and two second rounders or

Alex Smith

I understand this hypothetical is a straw man, but just trying to get a real gauge on how much people like Alex/hate Cassel...

Neither

...I don't know...

Alex is better than Cassel (and I HATE Cassel as a player), but the 2 second rounders outweigh that (I think)

I may have to go with Cassel here


Although the optimal answer to this is neither.

Could've also potentially had Xavier Rhodes or David Amerson over Sean Smith with that 2nd round pick.

I'd rather have Cassel, because we'd still have a top 5 pick next year to go with the picks we're wasting in the Smith trade. The only thing we get from this trade is Smith possibly not losing us 6-8 games. Meaning we pick lower, have fewer picks, and still aren't a competitive franchise in January.

Cassel and two seconds. With giving up the picks, the Chiefs have committed to Smith as the starter for the next 2-3 seasons. At least with cassel, there's a possibility they take geno @#1

Rather have a ****ing GM that will "reach" for Geno Smith.

Are you crazy? Matt should never play again. Smith is definitely an upgrade but this deal cost too much considering we loose out on a young stud at QB in fhe draft.
