It is me, but my highest weight is 330.

that's impressive dude...seriously, my old roommate did pretty much the exact same thing and he's a ****ing stud now

I'm really hoping to get into the best shape of my life, as well...next 3 months is going to be nothing but gym.

Hell yeah, once you get that gym routine down after a couple months you can just feel how much healthier you are and how much better you look.

You're going to run out of time if you seriously dedicate yourself to two lifts. But, try it.

Add 2x12 or 3x8 of the following:
Monday - Incline bench
Tuesday - Face pulls
Wednesday - Decline bench
Thursday - DB Pullovers
Friday - Plank Rows
Saturday - add nothing
