I am in my early 30's and I just shake my head at people that have never heard of Mad Max. Can't wait to see this.

I have high hopes for this.

By that I mean an action film (lower expectations) that delivers while still having a message/point other than just being an action film (expectations = B+ to B- satisfaction rating...)

I need to stop reading the reviews. If they are right this will be an all-time great.

I don't want my expectations to get too high and ruin it.

I may see one or two movies at the theater a year. Maybe. I will absolutely see this one, probably on Friday night.

Some movies just have to be seen on the big screen. No doubt, this is one of them.

Can't wait

Can't wait to see this, and see it for free. I got a free pass since our reel was ****ed up at Avengers last week.

This will likely be a far, far superior movie to Avengers: AOU, but it will likely only make half of what Avengers does.

Half would be ****ing amazing for an R rated action film.

Well, it will likely skew older, because it's been 30 years since the last one

Very little female appeal

It was never a hugely popular franchise to begin with like others in the 80s

It's R rated

It's actually pretty amazing and cool we are getting this at all and by all accounts a great flick.

I'm counting my blessings. :)

Agreed with both of you. All I know is that I'm going to do my part to support it. Multiple times, more than likely. :D

This woman is super excited to see it. I loved the original and Road Warrior. Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron are both awesome. Lots to like here, though I grant I am not a Rom-Com or Notebook kind of girl, so I don't represent for a high percentage of my gender, but I hope it gets lots of attention across all the demographics.

99% Certfied Fresh

Critics Consensus: With exhilarating action and a surprising amount of narrative heft, Mad Max: Fury Road brings George Miller's post-apocalyptic franchise roaring vigorously back to life.
