New home unis for '03
 

I just saw over on the Royals' fanhome board that they will go with the sleeveless look for the primary home unis next year.

Here's a pic:

I hate the new unis. All of them. Whatever happened to sleeves? I miss sleeves. And black? Ugh. Black would've looked cool about 10 years ago. Now it just looks stale. Leave it to the Royals to be a decade behind the rest of baseball.

The new unis don't really bother me that much. I'm more concerned about fielding a competitive team. :) I wonder if the players actually prefer the sleeveless jereseys... more comfortable perhaps? I know back when the Mariners first switched to the sleeveless look comfort was one reason cited.

I agree. They could wear pink as long as they won.
