Kansas Athletics will introduce Charlie Weis, former New England Patriots offensive coordinator, former Notre Dame head coach and current offensive coordinator at the University of Florida, as its new football coach at a press conference tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. (Time TBA).

So do they give him 3 or 4 years to produce?

i think there are a couple of guys there are supposed to be good recruiters already at KU. Maybe he keeps them and expands.

His name has to help a little.

pretty much ... although i wouldn't be surprised to hear that his son is coming to work for him at KU.

Then all the same people making that excuse about him leaving the Chiefs will just act like that excuse still applies.
