Would be unlikely though that they'd trade for Alex, sign Daniel AND draft Geno 1. But maybe they were just trying to "trade" Albert to get his price down. And the one thing that made me think they werent high on these OTs and will take one number 1 is then why try to trade if you're so enamored with Joeckel? I know you want extra picks but that'd risk losing Joeckel. I still have hope for Geno

I think Geno is going to impress the hell out of them in shorts and doing any drills. But he needs to have a strong showing at the chalk board and show leadership. He needs to walk and talk like a leader from the get go IMO.

Daniel's deal is basically a 1-year deal.

If Smith stinks and Chase blows up, it proves them options in year 2.
