guys - I've been experimenting w/ sauces - I like to mix teriyaki pineapple with a sharp dijon, it's a nice accent to beef - just a thought - obviously not too much - but it livens up some meats.

Meth would be the ultimate pre-workout. Plus it's kind of like russian roulette....you never knew when your heart was going to burst.

I recently had a guy tell me he had the best workout of his life after doing some meth. Hit weights for about 2 hours.

New PR on the 1000m row today! 3:58.4

I shaved 1.4 seconds off my previous time. Man, nothing feels better than a kick-ass workout! My arms are going to hate me tomorrow morning. I LOVE IT!
