Two Savannah State Students Recorded Themselves Sneaking Into The Super Bowl

too easy... this is awesome

Sean Newell

If walking past dozens of police and security guards while sneaking into the Super Bowl is not brazen enough for you, these two guys decided to film themselves doing it, too. According to Savannah Morning News, what you see below is "footage of how they snuck into the stadium just in time for Beyoncé's halftime performance." Maybe Entergy was also in charge of security?

Highlights include one of the men incredulously narrating "I wonder what's going on—they should've stopped us, they should've stopped us but they didn't." And, later, a security guard opening the door for them as they pretend to wheel something inside the building. Truly remarkable stuff.

According to the video, the two men plan on releasing a full documentary in the future.

You can get to a lot of places you don't belong by acting like you belong there. Pretty easy.

Paging Teedubya, Arrowhead Infiltrator.

Scott Pioli needs to head up NFL security for the next SB.

This doesn't surprise me. Back when I did live events, if you had a lanyard around your neck and a clipboard in your hand, nobody would stop you and ask you any questions. I used to wander around backstage or take shortcuts through hotel kitchens or service areas like I owned the joint.

social engineering for fun and profit

houstonwhodat 02-10-2013 12:08 PM

They had to do it they're from Georgia this is the closest they'll ever get to the Super Bowl.

I used to go backstage all the time. I was pretty brazen, too. Chatted it up with some cops after a Dave Matthews show while I was on ecstasy. Then wandered backstage and hung out with the band.

I got hammered another time and interviewed bela fleck holding my wallet like a tape recorder.

My taste in music during college notwithstanding, I discovered pretty quickly that if you just walk and don't stop to ask permission, no one stops to try and give it.

A friend and I where blitz drunk at Arrowhead once. Walked right into club level thinking we where going to our seats (nose bleeds). They even asked to see my friends ticket as he walked by. We didn't realize where we were until we noticed that all the drinks were free.

Carrying a clipboard used to work in a lot of situations. I don't know if people really carry clipboards all that often now that we have tablets.

Security probably thought they were apart of Ray Lewis' entourage.

Bwana 02-10-2013 02:10 PM

I bet old Roger is going to love that. :)

BlackHelicopters 02-10-2013 02:15 PM

This was a myth just like 9/11.

Spott 02-10-2013 03:45 PM

Had some friends that did it at Arrowhead. They got a hold of a couple of those bright green jackets that the fan assistance people wore around the stadium and used them to get in the games for free.

Shit, I got backstage at the DirecTV Superbowl party in New Orleans, where I ran into Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z... by acting like I was supposed to be there.

Got into the Rolling Stone mag party with Paul McCartney, as well... by owning your presence, being well-dressed and acting like you're supposed to be there. I could have had an invite, but I was too late to capitalize on it, so I went rogue.

I got into many Chiefs games in the 1990's for free. About 50+ to be precise. I had a beer vendor badge in 1994 that they didn't change the style of until 2008. I stopped using it after 9-11-2001 though... and bought season tickets.

Went to a chiefs game in Jacksonville a few years back, and completely by accident ended up walking into the field.

It doesn't seem smart to me for them to make a documentary about it. Whatever, we'll see what happens. They will at least need a lawyer I would say,

big nasty kcnut 02-10-2013 05:20 PM

I had a press pass and me and another journalist went to the back and got to meet glenn beck Sarah Palin and John Rich. Then another time i snuck around the spokane arena and got to meet some wrestlers.

All the drinks aren't free on club level.

Stad 02-10-2013 05:50 PM

I need to start doing this shit lol

OrtonsPiercedTaint 02-10-2013 05:59 PM

To busy taking license plate numbers of people sneaking out of Arrowhead. For Pioli's shit list, to care if people sneak in.

You normally can't walk on the field without the proper credentials.

Even when I wear my tan photo vest they still check my credentials.
