At this point, I think I'm still more excited at the thought of tailgating.

That being said, there "could be" a chance we move on from the laughing stock we've become the lasst eight years. However, being a Chiefs fan, I'll wait to get excited and believe it when I see it.

In week 4 of 2007 he had a separated shoulder. (Played a few games injured mid season, but shouldn't have. That goes on Mike Nolan's long list of **** ups). 2008 the shoulder was reinjured in training camp. Had a second surgery and missed the entire season. I don't think he really ever came back completely from that injury.

Hell yes I'm excited about this upcoming season! New coaches, players, schemes...:thumb: Until this team actually takes the field I'll reserve judgement on how effective or ineffective they will be, but I'm excited as hell right now at least. Why waste a good beer crying in it?

2013 has the number 13 in it. It can't be a good year, and likely portends much worse luck.

Like a good "Show Me" stater should.
