Tortured puppy found burned, covered in paint

PUEBLO - Animal cruelty investigators are looking for the person who severely abused a puppy and left if for dead. The Jack Russell mix was found covered in spray paint and what appears to be cigarette burns. The puppy is just a few weeks old and was discovered next to a dumpster near a convenience store.

An employee at the store who found the puppy rushed it to an emergency veterinarian. The puppy was severely dehydrated, but is said to be eating fairly well and should be better in the next week.

The puppy has been named Trooper.
Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Pueblo Police.

I sincerly think scumbag puss belly's like this should have done to THEM what they did to the animal. You would see animal cruelty rates drop SIGNIFICANTLY.

I'm not buy'n that part of the story. If anyone here told their parents absolutely everything about their life and their friends WHILE it was all going on, then those of you probably deserve a medal or something like that...anyway, I doubt that the father completely knew about the friendship. Probably one of those where the kid who got beat down was always say'n stuff like that and try'n to be in charge of everything and the other kid was just bottling everything up for years.

And the puppy thing was possibly done to show how pissed off the person is at what is happening to all those innocent pit bulls in Colorado
