California is broke. They are letting prisoners off on parole for any slim excuse they can think of. So, debt.

Considering there are a bunch of Raider fans in California, and that whole state is in debt, there are probably a few tens to maybe a few thousand Raider fans in that state, all in debt. But, there are MILLIONS of Raider fans in jails across the globe, so this was a rather easy poll. My source is wikipedia.

I would say there is more in prison and the ones that are not in prison should be!

Does the debt part count the Raiders fans who owe money to the jail store for their cigarettes?
