Let's talk about the Patriots

5-0 heading into a Sunday Night matchup with the Pats.

This should be a good one, men.

Hammock Parties 10-07-2018 02:23 PM

Tom Brady has thrown 6 picks this year.

They have no pass rush.

We're going in there to ****ing dump hot molten lava cum from our volcano dicks down their willing bitch throats.

The AFC is ours mother****er and we're about to prove it.

No.

This is where we stake our claim to the mother****ing conference.

We're going in there with our beards grown out and sleeves ripped off to plant our ****ing Chiefs Kingdom flag right up Tom Brady's sphincter.

WE WILL BEAT THE PATS

Need Houston. LDT being out hurts.

Not a ton of confidence at the moment until I hear that we have 50 at least.

CupidStunt 10-07-2018 02:29 PM

Mahomes is going to have another Steelers type game. Brady can't do that dinking and dunking every play.

GloucesterChief 10-07-2018 02:30 PM

Gonna have to beat refs, Brady, Belicheck, and whatever cheating scam the Pats are running now.

RunKC 10-07-2018 02:30 PM

Need Houston bc Breeland Speaks is the slowest mother****er on Earth.

After watching the game live, I really do think Andy Reid can rush the passer faster than him LMAO

New England is an old dog and we are about to put them down.

Imon Yourside 10-07-2018 02:31 PM

This is the hardest game on the schedule to me, NE is down and out and 3-2 and will need the win badly. I'm sure we will come prepared, but can we push Bradys wheelchair down the road?

Don’t see how their D keeps up with our O after seeing what we did to the Jags. Really need Houston in there.

The safeties impressed me today. Lucas and Watts can play a little.

notorious 10-07-2018 02:39 PM

The Pats will attempt to take away our strength.

That would be Mahomes scrambling and Kelce.

Look for them to bracket Travis and force Mahomes to throw deep. I know you will all laugh at that but Mahomes hasn’t been hitting his deep shots lately.

Yep. Pats will try to keep contain to avoid letting Mahomes out of the pocket. The way you offset that is punching them in the mouth with the running game.

pugsnotdrugs19 10-07-2018 02:44 PM

Today convinced me that there’s absolutely no defense in football that can just stop this offense.

Mahomes’ stats aren’t the prettiest but he moved the ball with ease most times.

Are you surprised?

Houston, Ford, Jones, Watts... all were out for the 4th quarter and most of the 2nd half. That’s their entire pass rush.

Mahomes stats should have been better... Hunt drops a walk-in TD pass and Kelce drops a sure fire TD pass on a sick throw by Mahomes.

CupidStunt 10-07-2018 02:53 PM

If Ford plays anything like today, it'll be a blowout. Brady gets all frazzled when he can't throw those 5-yard passes without being untouched.

I’d maybe agree if Houston is out there. Otherwise they’ll just chip Ford all night.

They’re going to try to target the RBs on quick routes anyways cause our LBs can’t cover White.

I would say for who we had left out there they did an awesome job today, no bagging on the D today.

This. We can beat anyone. These Patriots aren't nearly as good as in prior years. We smoked them with Alex Smith at QB. Who doesn't think Mahomes can similarly light them up?

scho63 10-07-2018 04:08 PM

We are going into New England beat up with a lot of injuries and possibly no Chris Jones from being suspended for punching another player.

Going to be real tough!

Surely they won’t suspend him for that after being ejected? I hope not.

No Houston or Jones might mean 40 points for NE.

We are going into NE and making a statement on SNF; the Chiefs Dynasty has begun.

Sofa King 10-07-2018 04:18 PM

The official passing of the torch happens this game! Brady to Mahomes!

ThaVirus 10-07-2018 04:19 PM

We just don't match up well with the Pats offense. TEs and RBs catching out of the backfield are our biggest weakness and there's probably not a team in the league that goes to those wells quite like the Patriots. Then we'll still have to deal with Edelman and Gordon.

Andrew Luck lit that D up with Ebron has his best receiver.

Mahomes might put up 400 yards and 4 TD.

That's why we need Berry back. Berry can shut the tight ends and running back catches down.

Chris Jones is an idiot. Wtf was he thinking? He didn’t have to do that. The guy was having a good game and then he does something stupid like that. Can’t fix that sh*t. If I was Reid, I’d be on him for that.

ThaVirus 10-07-2018 04:30 PM

I expect to see a heavy ball control type offense from New England. Belichick has to realize their best bet is to keep the ball out of Pat's hands. Brady will have no problem dinking and dunking so we need to make tackles to prevent YAC and bring pressure so he can't get comfortable enough to take shots at us down field.

Man I tell you what.

I know that Patriots defense can't match up with us, and I know Sutton knows how to scheme against Brady.

I don't think this is even gonna be close.

We're going to shock the world.

This will be Andy Reid's magnum opus.

Tom Brady is an old cripple and he can't possibly hope to match our gunslinger play for play.

Im sorry but he's not Superman. Even if he's able to slow/stop Gronk, Hitchens, Ragland, and Smith absolutely cannot stop Michel and White.

We'll need our entire defense to step up next Sunday.

We don't need some elite performance. A couple of stops, maybe a turnover or 2 would be more than enough as long as the offense shows up, which I fully expect it to. The Pats don't have the horses to even slow us down, never mind stop us.

Chiefs 38 Pats 28

Hammock Parties 10-07-2018 04:45 PM

Belichick is going to come out running the ball and try to shorten this game.

No, but we will need to be sound.

If there's one or two weak links, Brady will exploit them.

UChieffyBugger 10-07-2018 05:14 PM

One thing that's clear is the Colts had a ton of chances on offense against them. Luck was flinging that thing and his receivers were dropping balls all over the place. It is the same defense that Bortles was running ragged just a few weeks ago...BORTLES!!. Now the Pats offense isn't bad but come on, is it any different than the Steelers or Chargers O? I think not. I'd be comfortable going In there and having another shootout tbh as I think we've got the bigger punch.

Pablo 10-07-2018 05:15 PM

Last year was a warmup.

I really feel like last year's team was like the prototype for the kind of offense Andy has always wanted to run when he had an elite deep threat, TE, RB and QB.

Now there's literally not a play in the playbook he can't call.

Deep pass? Got ya.
Intermediate? Check.
Stretch horizontally? No prob.
Throw to the RB? Literally anywhere.
Play action? Easy.
Option? Yup.
Outside run? OK.
Power run? When you least expect it.
Trick play? Hold on to ya butts.

We have shown we can do ALL OF THIS well. We are UNLIMITED on offense.

He's going to draw up the greatest ****ing gameplan of all time Sunday night.

pugsnotdrugs19 10-07-2018 05:20 PM

I sure hope you’re right Clay, cause I do not want to go there again in January.

We need to make two miserable teams have to come into Arrowhead and beat the Chiefs as the #1 seed. Bad. Get that bye and sleep in their own beds for 3 straight weeks. Let the past be damned, none of it matters now.

Yup. I guess the Jags defense is pretty good. It's hard to tell who's actually good or not when you're consistently throwing up 30 points like it's nothing, but I know the Pats defense ain't shit.

Andy gon' go deep on 'em. Show em little Big Red up close and personal.

CupidStunt 10-07-2018 05:23 PM

People need to adapt to the fact that we no longer need everything to go right for us to win, as has been the case for years with Smiff and even moreso before him.

Now, all we need is for Mahomes to stay healthy. Nothing else matters in the grand scheme. Shit will happen week to week, but if 15 is healthy, I ain't buying any odds against us.

Our starting field position today on several drives was atrocious. We drove the entire length of the field. We failed in the red zone, but damn - we can move the ball. It's gonna be so much fun to watch these guys evolve.
