Why?

Growing up we had horses and stabled horses for other people, but they were always quarter horses (even though I'm sure there's mixing in a lot of horses). Maybe people just don't want thoroughbreds. I don't know.

Anyone ever eaten horse? I've heard it's kind of stringy, but similar to beef. The country along with lots of other animals has strange attachment to horses. They are eaten like beef in a lot of other countries. Not saying we should, but I wouldn't be opposed to eating horse.

Can I cut out the middleman and just get some glue?
