KICKOFF FOR CHIEFS GAME VS. DENVER MOVED TO 12:00 PM CENTRAL

The National Football League has moved the kickoff time of the Chiefs contest on December 19th against the Denver Broncos to 12:00 PM (Central). The contest was previously scheduled to kick off at 3:15 PM (Central). The NFL made the move to accommodate CBS television patterns.

Sweet. The earlier we get those guys the better.

Yeah, I HATE waiting for games. SNF is the worse and we had to do that last time we played those guys.

I don't know, they seem to play worse the later they play...

Yeah but that's also kinda sucky because that was supposed to be the "national" game for the 2nd half of the CBS doubleheader that day. That means a lot of non-Sunday Ticketers aren't going to get it now probably. I guess that's what we get for sucking.

There's also the jet-lag factor. I was more pleased that the game is starting earlier for my own sake.

Television patterns=ratings.

I'm sure CBS was having a helluva time selling advertising to back-to back National games with the Chiefs,and since moving Christmas Day wasn't possible they at least got this game moved.

Notice they didn't move it when we started sucking. CBS moved this game when Denver started sucking. ROFL

It was way too early to do that in week 1, how did they know it wouldn't improve for KC? :thumb:
