Heading off to physical therapy. Hopefully, for the last time.

What a huge disappointment this whole thing has been. I was hoping they would have a bunch of smoking hot babes there to help me through the aches and pains. Instead, I end up with a dude giving me a big rubberband and photocopied page of exercises. :shake:

Nothing nearly so dramatic. We were doing a team strecher carry (with one person on the strecher) for two miles. When we went to let the strecher down off our shoulders I tweaked my shoulder. It was getting better, but I managed to fall down (on my same shoulder of course), in full body armor and helmet. It's much better now. I don't even have to go back to PT.

Oh - that's a relief. You're still qualified for pie, though.

Pie? Sure, I like pie. Pecan pie is my favorite.
