We as a chiefsplanet message board are drafting in a mock draft tomorrow!

I want to create polls and give everyone an option to pick from. I want to moniter the draft, and then once we are on the clock, post a poll and then have all of us choose as a unit when our pick is up!

I'm out on the road all day tomorrow so I'm not going to be able to check this. I'm the representative for the Chiefs, but if I tell the fuhner of th draft I've got a messenger with our pick he'll accept it.

So who the hell wants to moniter the progress of this tomorrow? I'll be back Wednesday and can take over from there, I just need someone to moniter tomorrow's activity because it's the actual first day of the draft, and with all the anticipation leading up to this I'm thinking we might actually get to pick number 15 tomorrow.

The draft is going to be held at FFT.

Well, I tell ya what. If anyone gets a wild hair, this is the guy running the show. Just watch for the draft thread when it comes out (should be out in about an hour or so), moniter the draft as the picks come along, and maybe tomorrow night I can check it and see how things are going.

If not, no biggie. Da Bomb just said he'd pick someone. I just thought it might be a cool idea for chiefs fans to actually make the selection after other fan reps had made a selection for their team :shrug:

I'll be in and out all day , but I'd try to vote if I'm around.

cmh, I will try to monitor the draft and set up the poll if we get to #15 today.

If you need a breakdown on fullbacks, let me know...we should go pretty high with a FB considering TR is probably going to retire next year and that idiot CP let Omar go.

Are you thinking we should hang tight at #15 or move up into the top 10 and take one there? :)

Thanks Kyle. You should start a mock draft thread, and just update and list the picks as they come along. I should be able to check back tonight to see how things are going.


Then, let everyone start throwing names out there of guys we should target. Make a poll of the top 7 or 8 or so, lt everyone vote for maybe an hour, then post our pick :thumb:

Tough question...all of the really good ones will probably be gone by 15. If we had Omar we could have traded him straight up for a top 10 pick, damn that Carl Peterson.

I also won't be around much today....so no help to you. But I wanna play..........
