Could someone please interpret this neg rep from Ghostof?
 

I always strive to produce quality posts and use feedback as a vehicle to improve my craft. Ghostof left the following neg rep and I must say that I'm confused by it. Help a brutha out.

I think he owes you a quarter for something...

It means he'd just like to let the past slide, and doesn't understand why everyone won't just let the past be the past and be friends.

Not sure if that comment is mildly amusing or just incredibly lame.

Bunny and I were talking earlier and were wondering if the mods could take all of his rep comments from everyone and turn it into a thread in the Hall of Classics.

His smaque is some of the weakest I've ever seen. I can't even consider him a troll...I'm not really sure what he is.

My favorite neg rep was prob from Skip...
