Cell phone reviews - Any good sites for this?

I'm specifically looking for reviews for these 2 phones:
LG C2000 and the Motorola V551

Do you guys know of any good sites that might have some reviews? Editor reviews and customer reviews, I'm looking for as much info as possible.

Just comparing the two companies....

Motorola. ---> All Nextel phones are Motorola. Rock solid.

LuckGoldstar ---->Korean junk.

Cnet reviews of mobiles are awful.

Try mobile-review.com, it's a Russian site but, they give great reviews.

Also, try Phonescoop.com to do side by side feature comparisons.

My $0.02, go with the Moto. LG's are junk. However, make sure you receive a good 551, that model has been known to have some bad lots. (poor battery life, random reboots)

concur

www.phonescoop.com is probably the best

Heh, thanks for that. Actually, I've already been down this route. But there's so much crap mixed in with the good stuff that it makes it hard to tell the difference. I was just wondering if anyone had a good site or 2 that they use regularly. For instance, for digital cameras and video cameras, I really like http://www.steves-digicams.com/. And, of course, there's always Pricegrabber, Nextag, Dealtime, etc.

Motorolas are very hit and miss. They must have sh*tty quality control.

Personally, I've had my best luck with Nokias in terms of quality. I now own a Samsung that is very well made too.

My wife's plan is up and she has had an LG. It is junk. Poor reception a lot of times and dropped calls. But the new LG C2000 has gotten a few decent reviews that I've seen. Nothing negative that I've seen so far. While the Motorola V551 looks to have a lot of problems. I've seen a lot of good reviews for it and a lot of bad reviews for it.

Thanks for the help, guys.

I had a good Nokia Tracfone. But I'm now on Cingular and I don't even think they sell Nokias. Plus, we both like the flip phones and I have seen Nokia make flip phones.

Totally agree with you there. Ever since the release of the T720, Moto's quality control has been very suspect.

I would recommend a Nokia over any other brand.

Bah...

I don't ever have a problem with my LG. My in-laws on the other hand always have problems with their Motorola V400.

My point is that, problems with phones usually aren't brand specific, rather they are model specific.

My best phone I ever had was a Audiovox. Never once had a issue with it. My next phone I get though will be a Siemens. I have heard good things about Siemens.
