Robert Kuwada, of the Orange County Register, reports UCLA tight ends coach Jon Embree was interviewed by the Kansas City Chiefs for a spot on their coaching staff.

Wonder if the incident this year with security and his missing badge helped this along.

I think Verduzco was here because of Mike White, and now that White's gone...

Oh, OF COURSE he's from UCLA.

I think he was a finalist for the Colorado head coaching job. I say bring him in.

He's coached the best TE in the College Football the past few years in Marcedes Lewis. FWIW, Keith Rowan (the now Offensive Coordinator at the AZ Cardinals) was a better TE coach than was Verduzzco. The only reason JV was even on the staff as the TE coach is because Rowan left and JV is a Vermeil crony.
