IT'S SNOWING!
 

Here is Joplin. Can't believe it! Feb 17th our first "major" snowfall of the year. (Only suppose to get maybe 2 inches which is really nothing)

When had a dusting twice before once in Dec and last Saturday. Few Flurries maybe 2 or 3 times.

All we're getting in Coffeyville is a slight dusting.

I think it was ch 12 saying we would get a inch and Ch 7 saying 2 to 4

I have no idea about 16

Weather Channel says one inch

I think we have half an inch now.

How long is it supposed to be snowing there?

Snowing very good here in Springfield. Just got done driving home from work in the midst of it. One major hill had a few cars pulled off with blinkers on, but I tredged my way through at 30 MPH...lol. John, the guy I've been talking about made sure to follow me. He has a four wheel drive. Anyway, we're supposed to get 2-4 inches by 8AM. Glad I went and rented my movies today. I am soooo in for the weekend!

Yeah it's supposed to snow through tomorrow morning. Remember how warm it was here yesterday morning? It was like 65 when I woke up, and it was like 20 by 6 pm. That's Missouri for your ass

I know it sucked.

The day before it was 72 and at the same time it was 39 in KC with a WC of 30 Talk about a difference.

wow, that's a big difference for 150 miles away. I figured we would have bad weather last night because of the huge temp drop, but it never happened.

I was surprised go see that.

Usually the weather is diff but not to that extreme.

It is currently 35 here in Austin and they are talking freezing rain and possible snow before morning. It was over 70 and gorgeous yesterday (Thursday for those keeping score at home. I am still at work so it is still Friday as far as I am concerned) but a front moved in last night. On my way home, I felt the temperature drop 5-10 degree within about 1 mile.

Oh, well that clears it right up. :D
