I'm guessing the driver of the SUV threw up a little, and the driver of the car didn't even know what happened.

Yeah, that SUV hit the brakes pretty good. The car going through hits the brakes just enough to miss the one car before sliding through. I just wonder if the clip went on for another few seconds what the cops did when they approached that intersections, you know he had to have been being chased to pull that stunt.

I thought this was fake the first few times I watched it, but was really sells me that it is real is the reaction of the pedestrians in the cross walk. They are behind the van, but can just make out them jumping backwards from being startled.
