I still can't figure out why Washington would want Duckett. Both of Portis' current backups are basically poor man's Ducketts.

Honest opinion is that they plan to run the ball alot because of Brunells age and how he tailed off at the end of last year. I don't think Portis can take a massive load if taking 30 a game and Betts is also injury prone.

This is a crazy trade...ESPiN isn't reporting it right but the actual value won't be determined until the end of the season.

Portis is injured-I'm sure this is insurance for him. Portis' back-ups are average at best and can't carry the load. Duckett can.

Shanahan and Sundquist have essentially bamboozled the Skins front office.
