SD hasn't given up a 100yd rusher in 17 games
According to Adam Schefter on the NFL Network, they haven't. He said it was the longest streak in the NFL.
The interesting part is that he said this while they were discussing SD @ KC and how LJ would do. And it's kind of weird, because I would swear that I remember the Chargers coming to KC in week 16 last year, and this same Larry Johnson guy they were talking about ran for 130 some yards that day. Maybe I'm crazy? |
Yep LJ torched them.
|
Schefter's and idiot.
|
They are screwed now
especially when the announcers start saying that. LJ will get a guaranteed 150.

131 yard rushing and 48 recieving.
Schefter couldn't lose much more credibility since most of us never gave him much anyway. :shake: . Recorded 32 carries for 131 yards with a four-yard TD and added four receptions for 48 yards with a 28-yard TD vs. San Diego (12/24) to earn AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this season http://www.kcchiefs.com/player/larry_johnson/ |
I think he meant 17 non-divisional preseason games and/or regular season games against either the Cowboys or Browns.

whatever. I just hope Solari throws some on first down this game. That was abysmal against the Steelers

I guess they are including San Diego's super bowl run.

I havent seen anyone mention this but isnt this Rivers 1st start at Arrowhead?? I think we all know the history of 1st time starts at Arrowhead for young QB's.

Gotta love dem idiots>

At the very least, it has to give him a little advantage over guys like, say, Alex Smith, who had probably never even seen Arrowhead before he started here the other week. |
We dont have an Oline anymore. We are extremely predictable on offense, no way LJ gets 100yds on SD.
|
Let's just have LJ stand still while the entire SD defense runs by him and then he can go for the TD!
