Some really big games this week.

Big chance to gain some momentum.

You're right; can't let this be a Buffalo game.

Not to pick nits, but I think you have a few of these backwards; isn't Balt @ Cincy, Jax @ Miami, and Seattle @ Denver?

Yes.

The only game in that schedule that looks like it has a realistic chance to help is Jax at Maimi, but I just have the feeling that Buff is a trap game for SD.

Disagree.

Realistically, the Packers and Ravens had a good chance at winning. Not that I'm saying they will; but both of those games could be close.

And Seattle's a wildcard: if they show up and Cutler isn't great, the Broncos will lose.

I haven't really looked at the Bengals as a threat since they have games at Indy and Denver later this season, so I discounted the game this weekend.

I just don't see the Packers winning.
They are a team that just finds ways to lose these days.

You're right, Mr. OldTownChief. The playoff race will really take shape this weekend.

I hope it winds up shaped like Gillian Anderson.

I think Merriman's return gives the Chargers a bit of a kick and Buffalo won't be a trap game for them. I also don't remember a lot of trap games with Marty.

I'm adding the Bills and Seahawks to my "root for" list this weekend.

This could be huge. We could end up with sole 2nd place and 1 game out of first. Right?

Baltimore clinches the NFC North if they win on Thursday.

StcChief 11-29-2006 11:53 AM

GB after the lose at Seahags better come out hungry at home.

Seahags are the wildcard with ****ler at QB.

Miami likely wins at home vs. Jags.

Cincy needs to step up, but I have my doubts vs Ravens.

Buffalo won't be SD. weather would have to be real nasty for a real advantage slowing LT down.

Cleveland weather won't be much different than Buff.
but we are use to it.

You're right, not sure how I messed that up.

I just realized that Baltimore's game in Arrowhead will be the second of a back to-back-road trip. SWEET.
