Gun was the least effective HC. given his short reign not sure if he would have improved.

Marty hands down out of those 3.

I picked Marty. Aside from his playoff incapabilities and boring offenses, I liked the defenses and the respect he had as head coach.

guilty, I vote to give Herm more time. I like Marty, but it's kind of like going back out with the girl that F ed your buddies back in High School, You just can't undo that sh*t.

I'm also guilty of voting for Herm. I don't know who's call it was for the last play of the regualr season (the one where Tony G stood up and drew the Defense off-sides in a legal shift) but that was coaching brilliance. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as we went to the playoffs with a beat up team.

Marty has the best (regular season) track record of the three so you know that you will probably get into the post season. I just hope that he has learned his lesson for all of the previous playoff losses.
